How to Reserve a spot in the class:

1: Scroll Down and pick from 1 of the 3 available classes

2: Pay attention to the class dates available before payment.

3: Screenshot your class and set a reminder for your 1 day before your class date.

4: Make your payment and check your email for payment confirmation.

5: On class day Valet at location of class:  The Wind Condominium [Wind by Neo] and head to the Meditation Room 

6: Make sure to bring:  

  • Bring a Sheet Set
  • Bring your own Massage Cream
  • Be prepared to bring your own table.
  • Wear flexible clothing

Cancellation Policy:
Please contact us in advance regarding any cancellation and/or refund prior your scheduled course time. The closer cancellation is to course date, the lower the percentage of your refund will be returned.
